About Me

Welcome to Pilates OG! My journey into movement began in the world of ballet, where I trained and performed for over 20 years. Ballet instilled in me a deep appreciation for the artistry of movement, discipline, and the joy of self-discovery through physical expression.

After stepping away from dance for several years, I found myself longing for that same sense of connection to my body and well-being. That’s when I discovered Pilates—a practice that brought me not only renewed strength and flexibility, but also a newfound sense of balance, confidence, and vitality. Each class left me feeling inspired, more mobile, and empowered, and it didn’t take long before I knew I wanted to share this experience with others.

Driven by my passion, I enrolled in a comprehensive Pilates teacher training program and, after months of dedicated study and practice, proudly earned my teaching certificate. Wanting to ensure the highest standard of professionalism and knowledge for my clients, I completed and passed the National Pilates Certification, as well.

What I love most about teaching Pilates is building genuine relationships with my clients. There is nothing more rewarding to me than seeing someone’s progress—whether it’s finally mastering a movement, gaining more mobility, or simply experiencing less pain during everyday activities. I cherish the opportunity to be part of each client’s journey, to celebrate their successes, and to support them through challenges. Watching clients discover new abilities and confidence in their bodies is the heart of my teaching philosophy.

At Pilates OG, you’ll find a supportive, welcoming environment where your goals and well-being come first. I strive to create a space where everyone, regardless of experience or ability, can feel seen, encouraged, and empowered to keep growing. My approach is rooted in compassion, expertise, and a genuine love for movement, and I am committed to helping you find your own strength, resilience, and joy through Pilates.

I would love to welcome you to the studio and be part of your Pilates journey. Whether you’re new to Pilates or returning to your practice, together we can work toward greater mobility, less pain, and more confidence—both in the studio and in your daily life.

Looking forward to meeting you!

Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher

"Certification validates an individual’s competency through a third-party assessment system. Certification is independent of a specific training program, school or mentor. The assessment is based on objective baseline competencies (standards), and identifies those that have met the established competencies, despite the educational program attended to achieve competency. In Pilates, the NPCP is the only third-party certification program."
